Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be in writing.

Individual Cancellations

Airfare: Cancellations after ticketing are non-refundable.

Land portion: 120 - 60 days prior to departure, $100 minimum per person penalty, plus any non-refundable payments made to vendors on passenger's behalf. Additional costs to be advised as they are received from our vendors.

59 - 21 days prior to departure: 85% non-refundable.

Less than 21 days prior to departure: non-refundable.

If an individual in the group cancels & causes a roommate to be accommodated in a room for sole occupancy then no refund is given or single supplement may be charged.

RESPONSIBILITY and LIABILITY

Beyond Ordinary Travel is not the owner nor carrier and accepts no liability or responsibility whether occasioned by conveyance, reason or defect, for any injuries, damages, loss, accident, delay or irregularity occasioned by the acts or defaults of any company or person, or in carrying out the arrangement of the tour. Guests specifically release Beyond Ordinary Travel from any and all claims for loss or damage to baggage or property and for personal injuries or death and for all claims and any loss or delay, arising out of the acts, omissions or negligence of Beyond Ordinary Travel or any carrier or independent contractors, such as vessel operators, air carriers, hotels, excursion operators, restauranteurs, spa professionals or other providers of services or facilities.

Beyond Ordinary Travel shall not be required to refund any amount paid by any tour participant who must leave the tour prematurely for any reason, nor shall VinoTours be responsible for the lodging, meals, return transport or other expenses incurred by such tour participant.

Itineraries are subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Prices shown here or on printed material are subject to change with or without notice. Beyond Ordinary Travel is not responsible for omissions, printing or presentation errors and reserves the right to make corrections as required.
